Let's Work Together

Collaborative Therapy

We support teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, stress and burnout, and self-esteem concerns.

Hi, I'm Abby

I work with teens and adults who want support with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and respected. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll identify what’s feeling hard right now, clarify your goals, and use tools that fit you as a whole person, not a checklist.

I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based and somatic strategies, attachment-based work, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. No two people are the same, so we’ll build a plan that matches your needs, pace, and strengths.

How We Can Work Together

InBloom Therapy is 100% virtual, serving clients anywhere in Colorado. Telehealth makes therapy more accessible, flexible, and consistent, especially for busy schedules, college life, parenting, commuting, or when leaving the house feels like too much.

I believe that no two people are the same, so I tailor my approach to best fit your needs. The therapeutic relationship is incredibly important to me, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental, safe space where you can heal and grow.

Together, we will harness your strengths to help you achieve your treatment goals, deepen your self-awareness and enhance your relationships (with others and with yourself).

Billing Info

Self-pay rates are $150 for the initial/intake appointment and $130 for follow-up appointments.

Payment is accepted via credit/debit card.

At this time, I’m not offering a sliding scale.

I accept in-network insurance (coverage depends on your plan).

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

If you are paying out of pocket (or not using insurance), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services. A Good Faith Estimate shows the expected costs of therapy services. You can request one at any time.

FAQ

The first step after reaching out to schedule is the Initial Assessment which is an hour appointment where I will ask you questions about your current lifestyle, past history, family relationships, and previous or current mental health symptoms. The goal of the first session is to gather information to help better understand your concerns, and areas of strength. The end of the assessment will involve you and your therapist developing a list of goals and a treatment plan to meet your unique needs.

The initial assessment is 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 53–60 minutes.

Most clients choose weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on goals, schedule, and level of support needed.

Yes. Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

I strive to provide an inclusive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space for all clients. You are welcome here, and your identity and lived experience will be treated with care and respect.
